We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of the products we sell, we have strict guidelines in place to ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers.

1. General Return Conditions

For strict health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, or toiletries. Because these items are applied directly to the skin, face, or body, a compromised seal poses a severe risk of contamination and tampering. Once a product’s packaging or seal has been opened or altered, it is considered unsafe for resale and must be discarded. We strictly enforce this policy to guarantee that every customer receives 100% safe, authentic, and sanitary products.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special clearance promotions.
Gift cards.
Personalized or custom-made accessories.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your orders. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.

Wait for our team to review your request. If your return is tentatively approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package in Lebanon.
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 7-10] business days.
