Are all your products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from official brand suppliers or authorised regional importers, and we guarantee the authenticity of every order.
Can I visit your branches?
Yes. Both branches, in Masnaa and in Saida, are open Monday to Saturday. Our team can help with fragrance testing, skincare consultations and wholesale questions. No appointment needed.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free on orders over $80, all over Lebanon. Below $80 a flat delivery fee applies, shown at checkout. WhatsApp us to confirm timing for your area.
What is your return policy?
Opened or used perfumes, cosmetics and skincare cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported quickly with a photo. Read the full return policy.
How do I get wholesale prices?
Pharmacies, retailers and distributors can apply for a business account. Request B2B access and our wholesale team will contact you.
